Manuel Antonio, San Jose, Costa Rica

Manuel Antonio is located on the central Pacific coast and, as of recent years, is the number one most visited area in the country. This is due to the natural beauty of the forest, stunning coastline with white sand beaches, ideal climate which has a mean annual temperature of 27 celcius with a minimum temperature of 20 celcius - or about 70 degrees, wide variety of 5 star and international restaurants, and every imaginable activity to keep you busy.
Manuel Antonio has one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in the entire Country, which has, as a backdrop, emerald-green forests and lush hillsides. The beach has plenty of chairs and umbrellas to rent along with plenty of waiters walking around to serve you lunch or the drink of your choice!
One of the most visited tourist destinations of all Costa Rica National Park and Reserve System is the Manuel Antonio National Park that greets more than 200,000 visitors per year and sits directly next to the magical Manuel Antonio beach. The incredible beauty of the the lush forest with it's unique types of flowers and trees along with an abundance of wildlife such as the two or three-toed sloths, white-faced monkeys and the cute and friendly squirrel monkeys makes this park a must see!
Manuel Antonio is a unique jewel. The location, climate, infrastructure, views, topography, wildlife, forests, beaches, and the park, all work together. There is no question that Manuel Antonio provides the highest "quality of life" available anywhere in Costa Rica.
